Main Smeared Mascara Cast

In light of introducing the new babs in the comic I thought I'd present a color palette so my readers would have a better idea of what they all looked like! Secoiya has the biggest bubble standing as captain (center). To her left we have the veteran shinigami and to her right are the recent Shino graduates that have recently joined her division.

From the left, we have:
Keiji Yanai (4th seat) - Quiet individual; gets around with a cane that also serves as his zanpakuto. The tattoo on his chest is reminiscent of a butterfly. His zanpakuto served inspiration in getting it. Keiji's rumored to have a criminal background.

Kano Ikari (5th seat) - Loud and proud shinigami. He's an eager fighter but a respectful one, careful to not accidentally kill his fellow subordinates. He's come close to that a few times. He's friendly though, I promise.

Chiko Gushiken (6th seat) - Militant and no nonsense. Chiko follows her orders to a tee no matter what they are. While holding such a serious disposition she is fairly calm most of the time. She has refused the lieutenant's position in the past, feeling she wasn't ready.

Kakós Oio̱nós (8th seat - secondary main) - Jaded from his time in the division and is generally grumpy about everything but being grumpy is the least of his issues. Despite this he's still very much an eager fighter and it often proves to be too much as he tends to go overboard in combat. He harbors one of the potentially strongest zanpakuto in Soul Society.

(Kenpachi) Secoiya (11th Captain) - Open-minded and outwardly confident. With the fall of the former captain and a large portion of the 11th division wiped out, Secoiya has a lot of pressure on herself to bring her division out of that rut. She must train and lead her subordinates into the forefront of a war zone far sooner than anticipated and trust that they will not fail her. With time being a factor she has no choice but to usher in her new recruits as well. Desperate times call for desperate measures.

Jewel Stone (Unseated - main) - Ready to fight at the drop of a pin. She feels ready to take anyone and everyone on, victories be damned. She's lively to the point of being rambunctious and is easily set off by those around her, having taken a particular dislike to Kakos right off the bat. Like Kakos, Jewel also possesses one of the potentially strongest zanpakuto.

Taro Inoshishi (Unseated) - Looks-scary-but-is-just-a-big-grumpy-bear trope. Taro is willing to go head first into enemy territory. He's a tank fighter, likes to snooze when he can get the chance.

Tanak Kurosawa (Unseated) - Lithe, smart, and quick on his feet. Tanak keeps his zanpakuto in his hand at all times, always concealed by his long sleeves. Has been mistaken for a woman on numerous occasions, got a mysterious vibe to him.

Ringo Kitani (Unseated) - Easygoing fella, rather friendly among this crusty bunch. Unlike the others Ringo doesn't like to fight for the hell of it; he'd rather save his energy for when it really counted. Admittedly, he has doubts of his decision to go for the 11th division, feeling out of place even though he fit the bill, skill-wise.
